Asisten AI Triage Banjir is designed to assist healthcare professionals, emergency responders, and authorized disaster management personnel in recording and managing flood disaster triage information.
The application is intended solely as a decision-support tool and does not replace professional clinical judgment or official emergency procedures.
Users remain fully responsible for all clinical decisions and emergency actions.
The application may continue operating without an internet connection using local storage. Synchronization with the central server occurs when network connectivity becomes available.
All software, algorithms, source code, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of Open ETI unless otherwise stated.
Open ETI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use this application.
Users acknowledge that emergency response decisions remain under the responsibility of authorized personnel.
Open ETI may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time without prior notice.
These Terms of Service may be revised periodically. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
